These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services at Drive VIP Cars. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our official booking system, phone, or email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details including pick-up time, location, and destination. We cannot be held liable for delays or missed journeys due to incorrect information provided.

2. Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. For long-distance and airport transfers, fares are fixed at the time of booking. Payments can be made by cash, card, or approved online methods. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel a booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled journey may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Delays & Liability

While we aim to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, Drive VIP Cars is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or other connections due to such delays.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles. Any damage caused to vehicles due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges. Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Wheelchair & Accessibility Services

We provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles on request. Please notify us at the time of booking if accessibility assistance is required to ensure the correct vehicle is arranged.

7. Amendments

Drive VIP Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
