Refund Policy
At Drive VIP Cars, we value our customers and strive to provide fair and transparent refund terms. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund on your booking.
1. Cancellations by Customer
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
2. Cancellations by Drive VIP Cars
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will also make every effort to offer an alternative booking or reschedule your journey at no extra cost.
3. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4. Delays & Missed Connections
Drive VIP Cars is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for missed flights, trains, or other connections due to such delays. However, we will always do our best to get you to your destination on time.
5. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Special Cases
Refunds for special cases, such as medical emergencies or booking errors, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
